Daniela Conta Eccher and Andrea Panozzo decided to resume the family tradition of winemaking in honor of Conta’s grandmother, Theresa Eccher. The family selected the beautiful slopes of the Etna volcano to grow extraordinary and unique wines. The wind that comes from the nearby sea, canalizes into the Alcantara rivers valley with the soil that is covered in cooled lava. The lava-rich soil gives the wines a mineral elegance element. The constant battle between sea and mountains creates the perfect humidity that feeds the vines daily without human interference.

Tasting Notes: The color is bright yellow and delicate. The wine has an intense bouquet refined by various shades of fresh fruit. Alive and lively the taste is elegant, balanced, fresh, fruity with strong aromatic persistence.
