In 2001, Federico Vanni was determined to make his dream a reality, creating memorable wines grown from the region that meant the most to him, Maremma. His wines are an accurate and authentic reflection of his passion for the land and the generous fruits that it yields to those who respect and appreciate them. The connection to the Tuscan Maremma, and its beauties, and traditions that have been handed down over the years in San Felo, are reflected in the names of the San Felo wines. The name San Felo is an homage to his mother Sandra (San), himself (Fe) and his brother Lorenzo (lo). Maremma in Toscana is located in Tuscany on the west coast of Italy on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Approximately two hours north of Rome and two and a half hours south of Florence. The weather is ideal for grape growing where the temperatures range from 33°C during the day to 18°C in the evening, with a constant breeze. San Felo estate covers approximately 50 hectares of which 33 are dedicated vineyards.

Grape Variety: 100% Sangiovese
Tasting Notes: It has a light yellow color, fine and consistent perlage. On the nose, rich with hints of yeast and bread crust. In the mouth full and balanced with a pleasant acidulous finish.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a ruby red color, an intense and elegant aroma with hints of red berry fruit, with a soft, round, and enveloping taste.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a beautiful ruby red color, a complex and refined aroma of red fruits such as raspberries and black cherries. A soft and enveloping taste with refined tannins.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: The wine has a light ruby red color. On the nose are perceived hints of red fruits and spicy notes. The palate is well balanced, has excellent acidity and refined tannins, which give the wine a perfect aromatic concentration.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a straw yellow color with a refined aroma. The wine has complex hints of ripe fruit and a full, round and soft taste.
VIOGNIER
Grape Variety: 100% Viognier
Tasting Notes: The wine comes in a straw yellow color. There is an intense and elegant scent with hints of flowers and fruit with an intense taste that is full and round.
